How do I know which plan is right for me?
We are all about freedom and flexibility. No long-term commitments here! All of our memberships just require 30 days notice to cancel or downgrade - and you can upgrade any time.

How do I start?
Of course! Our versatile rooms accommodate various group sizes and purposes, from intimate brainstorming sessions to large-scale conferences. Clio is perfect for 1:1 meetings, focused work sprints, or therapy sessions. Calliope is our larger space and can accommodate team meetings, workshops, and classes. We love a good party! Our beautiful house with vintage charm is available for evenings and weekend rentals for your retreat, workshop, or personal celebration. Depending on the size of your event, you can book the upstairs, the downstairs, or the whole house.
Can I rent the space for a private event?
Muse is the place for memorable events, so we encourage using outside vendors to bring your vision to life. Our team can also help arrange vendors for you - we’ve got a great list of amazing event specialists, including catering, florals, and more. Read our rental guidelines here.

How much does it cost to rent a room at Muse?
We have presentation screens and mobile whiteboards to make your meetings memorable and productive. All of our event and meeting room rentals also come with creature comforts like access to coffee, water, and tea.
What amenities are available for meetings and events?
Yes, alcohol is allowed at private events held at Muse with prior approval. You're welcome to bring your own beverages or work with a licensed vendor. For larger events or if alcohol is being sold, we may require proof of liability insurance. Let us know your plans when booking, and we’ll help you make sure everything’s covered.
For events at Muse, we require proof of liability insurance (including liquor liability if you’re selling or serving alcohol to 50+ guests). Caterers need to show liability and workers comp coverage, and musicians or DJs should carry general liability too. Please get all documents to us at least 7 days before your event. By booking, you agree to follow all laws and take responsibility for any damage or issues that come up related to your event.

Muse is open Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (excluding holidays), with extended after-hours access available. Coworking members can access the space Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Dedicated Desk members enjoy daily access from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Event rentals are available evenings and weekends.

What’s included in a coworking day pass?
Muse is a great place to host client meetings. 1:1 meetings can be held in the common spaces. Meeting rooms are available to book for more private meetings and larger groups. If you’re having a coworking day with a friend or colleague, they’ll need to purchase a day pass.
Can I bring guests or clients?
There’s free, on-site parking available for members, room bookers, and guests. Overflow parking and street parking is also available.
Is parking available?
Muse has a mix of quiet areas, bookable rooms for calls, and open spaces if you want to be around others. You can choose the vibe that works for you—and change it up anytime. We’re not a loud, bustling coworking space; think cozy and calm.
I’m worried about distractions, help!
We’re at 275 Maple Avenue, Cheshire, CT, in a restored Victorian home just steps from downtown. There’s on-site and overflow parking, and you can walk to coffee, lunch spots, and more.
Where is Muse located?
Yes. The Mail + Coworking plan includes mail service and address use for business registration. If you would like to list your business address on a Google Business Profile - let us know, that is an additional service.
Can I use Muse as a business address?

We offer a virtual mail-only plan that doesn’t include any space access, meeting room credits, or day passes. Just the mail! Sign up for our Mail Service here.
Do you offer mail-only plans?
Muse mail is processed daily - when your mail arrives, we’ll upload it so you can see it from wherever you are. In the app, you can choose if you want it scanned, shredded, forwarded or scheduled for pickup. Never handle your own junk mail again!
How does mail service work?
Signing up is easy. Choose the plan that suits you, complete the registration, and the document verification process online. Once you have submitted the online verification, including the online notarization of the USPS 1583 form, our team will get back to you within 48 hours to officially activate your account. Then, you'll be able to start receiving mail!
How do I sign up for mail service?
Absolutely - we can also open and scan it, shred it, or recycle it. We encourage you to save time and money by taking advantage of all of these requests, and only forwarding or picking up the mail you really want.
